For stove deliveries, we’ll provide an estimated delivery time*, but please note that stoves require a two-person lift, so someone will need to be available to assist on arrival.

All of our installations are carried out by our trusted in-house team—we never subcontract. Unlike many companies who pass work on to self-employed fitters or builders, we believe in keeping everything under one roof. We are proudly HETAS certified, meaning that all our installers are fully qualified to carry out stove installations, along with any necessary chimney work.

With our HETAS certification, you can trust that all work we carry out complies fully with Building Regulations, guaranteeing a safe and efficient installation.
Once your stove is installed, we provide a HETAS Certificate of Compliance, confirming that your installation meets all required safety standards. This certificate is sent directly to your local authority and gives you peace of mind that your installation is fully compliant. It’s also an important step to ensure your home insurance remains valid.
We only use Class 1 compliant chimney systems suitable for wood and multi-fuel stoves, and we offer a range of additional services, such as fitting chimney pots, cowls, bird guards, and liners, as well as removing bird nests.
