Yes. We can advise on the strength of your case, help you prepare evidence and written submissions, and represent you at tribunal where appropriate. The sooner you get in touch, the more time we’ll have to prepare properly.

A brief summary of what has happened, any key dates (deadlines, hearing dates, decision letters), and the outcome you’re hoping for is very helpful. If you have documents, keep them to hand so we can advise on what to send securely.

We treat enquiries confidentially. However, as with any online communication, you should avoid sending highly sensitive information through a basic web form. If sensitive documents are needed, we can explain the best way to share them securely.

Not automatically. Contacting us or having an initial discussion does not create a solicitor–client relationship. We can only act once we have confirmed instructions and completed the necessary onboarding checks.

Yes. Many matters can be dealt with remotely, which can be quicker and more cost-effective. If an in-person meeting is helpful or required, we’ll discuss the best arrangement.
